Catering in Ronda and the Andalusian countryside

Not every Costa del Sol party is by the sea. Ronda, Casares and the countryside towards Gaucín have fincas, wineries and mountain villas that suit private events beautifully.

The main difference from the coast is infrastructure. Expect unpaved access roads, limited power and sometimes no kitchen. We arrive fully self-sufficient: our own equipment, water, refrigeration and lighting.

Menu-wise a BBQ (€45 p.p.) or live paella (€38 p.p.) suits a finca best; walking bites (€42 p.p.) work well as a sunset aperitif.

The inland climate differs from the coast: warmer by day, noticeably cooler at night. For evening events we advise warm bites and a heated zone by the bar.

Because of travel time we allow an extra hour of set-up inland and confirm the exact access route with the finca owner in advance.
