Paella catering in Mijas and Fuengirola

On-site paella is by far the most popular warm menu in Mijas Costa and Fuengirola — and the most underestimated in terms of planning.

Good paella needs space and time. For 40 guests we use a pan around 90 cm across, with at least two metres of clear, level space around it. Allow roughly 45 minutes cooking plus 10 minutes resting.

Our paella menu starts at €38 p.p. and always includes cold bites beforehand, bread, alioli and a dessert. Prefer to combine with walking bites (€42 p.p.) or BBQ (€45 p.p.)? We adjust portions so nothing goes to waste.

In Fuengirola we often work on apartment terraces, using gas equipment with flame protection. Mijas Pueblo and La Cala have many garden villas, ideal for an open-fire setup and a longer aperitif round.
