Walking dinner in Marbella: prices, guest numbers and menu structure

A walking dinner in Marbella is a complete meal without fixed seating. Guests stand, move between terrace, garden and bar, and receive small dishes throughout the evening. It suits villa parties, birthdays and corporate receptions where meeting people matters more than a formal seat.

Our walking dinner menu costs €42 per person from 20 guests. This includes six to eight bites per person, chefs on location, service staff, tableware, set-up and clean-up. Drinks are selected separately: Essential is €18 p.p., Classic €28 p.p. and Premium €45 p.p.

Guest numbers mainly determine the cooking and serving setup, not the concept. The fixed price applies from 20 guests. For larger groups, we scale up the team and serving points so dishes reach everyone together and at the right temperature. Smaller groups receive a tailored quote.

A complete menu consists of six to eight moments. We begin lightly with cold bites, continue with several warm rounds and build towards a richer savoury dish. A small sweet bite closes the evening. Examples from our selection include steak tartare on brioche, shrimp skewers, oysters and ceviche; the exact menu follows the season and your group.

Three to four bites are usually enough for a reception of around two hours. A walking dinner that replaces the evening meal needs six to eight bites across several rounds. This keeps the pace relaxed, leaves time to talk and avoids a buffet queue.
