Plan a clear rhythm: a 30-minute aperitif, three rounds of warm bites over two hours, and a dessert moment as a natural close. Everyone then knows when the speech or networking slot is.

Many Nueva Andalucía villas sit around the golf courses with generous terraces; Benahavís is higher and cools faster in the evening. For autumn events we advise warm bites and a heated outdoor zone.
