For a small group one chef comes, optionally with a host. For larger groups in Marbella we work as a full catering team with extra chefs and service staff, so the pace of service stays the same.

Michelin background, Mediterranean simplicity

Our kitchen comes from fine dining: Merlyn Frans worked at 't Lansink, a Michelin-starred restaurant and boutique hotel, hosting high-end parties and events. We now use that technique for private events on the Costa del Sol, without the stiffness.

That means sharp flavours and precise execution, but with market produce and a menu that suits an evening outdoors: light, seasonal and never heavy.

What does a private chef in Marbella cost?

We use the same clear pricing as our catering: from €42 per person for a walking-bites menu, €38 p.p. for paella and €45 p.p. for BBQ, from 25 guests. Chef, service, tableware and clean-up are included.

A wine or cocktail pairing can be added from €18 per person. For multi-day villa bookings — three dinners in one week, for example — we make a tailored proposal.

How an evening with a private chef unfolds

We arrive about two hours before the start, set up the work area and finish everything on site. Through the evening the chef stays visible at work; the service staff make sure guests never have to fetch anything themselves.

After the final course we clear the kitchen and leave the space as we found it. You only deal with your guests — which is exactly what a private chef is for.

A private chef suits more intimate evenings where the menu and the timing of each course are tuned entirely to your group. Catering suits larger groups where flow and pace matter more than a fixed course rhythm.
