Fit the walking dinner around your hen weekend, after a day out or before an evening in town. Include your preferred serving time and other activities in your enquiry. For a rented villa, obtain the owner's permission for the party and catering beforehand.
Practical tips from our experience in Marbella: plan the walking dinner around sunset, when the afternoon heat fades and the terrace looks its best. Keep in mind the noise rules of residential communities and villas — stricter limits often apply after 11 pm. Arrange transport in advance if you are heading to Puerto Banús or the old town afterwards; taxis are scarce on Saturday nights. And think of shade and water for a summer afternoon party.

Do you organise the entire hen party?
We provide catering and food service. You arrange activities, accommodation and transport. Ask about drinks packages or extras in your enquiry; we do not offer wedding catering.
What is the minimum group size?
All catering enquiries require at least 25 guests. Walking Bites starts at €42 per person; drinks packages are separate, from €18 per person.
What should I include in my enquiry?
Include the occasion, date, venue, at least 25 guests, serving time and budget. Clearly list allergies and dietary needs for each guest. We discuss options beforehand; we do not guarantee an allergen-free environment.
From when can we book an event date?
You can request events from 3 January 2027 onwards. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking; we agree availability and your quote personally.
Is a booking binding straight away?
No. Booking a date holds it for you free of charge. It only becomes final once you approve the written proposal.
How does booking a date work?
Pick a free date in the calendar, add your guests and location, and we call you within 24 hours with a proposal for menu, drinks and total price.
