What does villa catering in Marbella cost?

For catering at a villa we charge the same fixed prices as everywhere: walking bites €42 p.p., paella €38 p.p. and BBQ €45 p.p. Drinks packages are chosen separately: Essential €18, Classic €28 and Premium €45 per person. All menu prices apply from 25 guests.

That price includes chef, service staff, tableware, setup and clean-up. Optional extras for a villa party are cocktail tables, lighting, a cocktail bar and a dessert station.

Which menu suits a villa party?

At a villa party guests move between terrace, pool and garden. Walking bites work best: bites that circulate while everyone stands and talks. For larger groups we often add a live paella or BBQ station as the main moment.

Because we are fully self-sufficient, the villa kitchen needs no adjustment. We cook outdoors on our own stations and take all equipment and waste back with us.

Planning and access on the day itself

We arrive 2 to 3 hours before the start to set up. At gated communities such as La Zagaleta or Sierra Blanca we arrange the security registration in advance, based on the access details and vehicle plates you provide.

Anyone organising a private event at a rented villa runs into the same questions: is cooking allowed, when must the music stop, where do suppliers park and who clears up? We check those points beforehand and put them in the quote, so there are no surprises on the day.

Practically we need: a delivery route for the van, a flat spot for the cooking station, power and water, and an indoor or covered fallback if the weather turns. Many villa owners set a noise curfew; we build that into the timeline.

For multi-day bookings guests often combine a welcome BBQ, an evening of walking bites and a paella night. We quote one price for the whole stay.

Our minimum is 25 guests. For 25 people paella costs 25 × €38 = €950, walking bites 25 × €42 = €1,050 and BBQ 25 × €45 = €1,125. A drinks package is optional from 25 × €18 = €450.

What your villa needs

A terrace or garden with a level spot for the mobile kitchen, a power socket and a water point is enough. We bring tableware, cocktail tables on request and the team, and leave the villa clean — handy for rental villas with a strict check-out.
